Delete your Neko Cat Jam data
Neko Cat Jam backs up your game progress and your purchase record to our cloud save, under a random player ID. You can delete all of it at any time.
In the game (fastest)
- Open Neko Cat Jam.
- Go to Settings → Privacy → Delete my cloud data.
- Confirm.
If you're offline, the game deletes it as soon as you're back online.
Without the game
If you no longer have the game installed, email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data". Include your player ID if you have it (it's shown in Settings → Privacy). We delete your data within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
- Your player ID, and the sign-in keys of every device using it
- The link to your Game Center or Google Play Games account
- Your cloud save: levels, stars, coins, items, lives, story progress and settings
- Your purchase record on our server, and RevenueCat's records for your player ID
- Any "Move to another phone" code you created
Deleted data stays in our database backup for up to 7 days, and is then gone for good.
What is not deleted
- The game on your phone. Your local progress stays. Uninstall the game to remove it.
- Your purchases with Apple or Google. The Supporter Pack can still be brought back with Restore Purchases. Coin packs and other consumable purchases can't be restored after you delete your cloud data.
- Analytics and crash data held by Google Firebase. Use Settings → Reset analytics ID in the game to delete it.
The next time you open the game, it starts a new, empty cloud save.
We also delete cloud saves automatically when the game hasn't contacted them for 24 months.
